  • If you scored NO on all of these, there is NO apparent problem and no action recommended.

  • If you scored YES to one of these items, you may be at risk for developing a gambling problem. You should be aware of the risks of gambling and start to monitor your gambling.

  • If you scored YES on more than 2, but responded ONCE ONLY to question 7, you may be developing a gambling problem. You should consider going for further assessment. Call your nearest Problem Gambling Helpline for more information. If you do not feel ready to go for an assessment, you should start to monitor your gambling.

  • If you scored YES to 3 or more and answered SOMETIMES or OFTEN to question 7, there is a strong indicator that you have a problem with your gambling behavior. You should look into getting treatment. Call your nearest Problem Gambling Helpline for more information.
