I remember going through this many years ago when I quit smoking, a bad habit I'd picked up from my parents. So I shared the best tip I had discovered when, after a month of intense cravings, brisk walks and mood swings, I had visited my doctor. It was common at the time for patients to see the nurse before the doctor, as she was able to resolve many issues without having to waste the doctor's valuable time.
She told me to start taking Vitamin B complex. I was sceptical, but tried it and it worked. For the cravings and the irritability.
To my delight, when I saw the woman who has just quit this year about a week later, she reported that she had started taking vitamin B complex, and it had also resolved these issues for her. So I thought I should probably share that information with you as well!
